The Queerties has been named a winner in the LGBTQ+ category at the 2026 ANA Multicultural & Inclusive Marketing Excellence Awards. The final placement (Grand Prize, Silver, or Bronze) will be revealed live at the ANA Awards Gala on November 10.
Since 2001, the ANA Awards have recognized work that makes a meaningful impact. They honor campaigns built on deep audience understanding, authentic storytelling, and inclusive thinking that builds trust and drives engagement. The jury is made up of industry leaders who look for work that uses real cultural insight to connect brands with diverse consumers, not just creative execution.
What the partnership looked like
The Queerties presenting partner was Lexus, which also received this award. Brands like Lexus (and Visit California, Planet Fitness, McDonald’s, FX Networks, Target, Nulo, Skyy Vodka, Vizzy, and others over the years) show up at The Queerties show up across the full life of the program, not just on the night:
- Digital voting: Full display banners and a social presence while our audience voted for their favorite nominees
- Experiential: On-site signage, plus Lexus hosted a Lexus lounge for VIP guests and winners & Custom and sponsored categories during the evening’s ceremony
- Content Capture: Creator and celeb interviews captured at The Queerties, edited and shared across social and Digital video environments
That mix of always-on visibility, a premium in-person experience, and a role in the awards themselves is the kind of integration the ANA jury looks for: a brand woven into a cultural moment the community already cares about, rather than attached to it.
Consistency builds trust
LGBTQ+ audiences don’t stop paying attention to brands after Pride, and 88% of Q.Digital users say loyalty is earned year-round. The Queerties are built for that reality: voting, content, and a live event in the first quarter, when a brand’s presence stands out.
As our Chief Revenue Officer, Justin Garrett, put it: “Showing up authentically for LGBTQ+ audiences isn’t just good for the community, it’s good for business. And our audience data shows that showing up consistently year after year makes all the difference.”
Build something that lasts
The Queerties are one of many ways brands can connect with this community. Across Queerty, GayCities, LGBTQ Nation, INTO, and Outsports, Q.Digital offers premium editorial, display, video, creators, and social, all within an LGBTQ+-owned network.
Being named in the top three alongside such strong company is a win for everyone who makes The Queerties happen, and we’re grateful to Lexus, and all of our partners, for the years they’ve put into it. We’ll share the final placement after November 10.
