Outsports has had a breakthrough year under Q.Digital’s ownership, and Digiday recently spotlighted this success, highlighting how strategic investment in LGBTQ sports media drives measurable growth.

Since acquiring Outsports in March 2024, Q.Digital has:

  • Grown revenue by over 50% year-over-year
  • Increased unique visitors by more than 60%
  • Expanded sponsored content and partnerships, including branded video series like Ballin’ Out and coverage of the Olympics
  • Signed major sponsors such as Xfinity, Cadillac, Planet Fitness, Nissan, Chevy, and Ally
  • Launched new editorial verticals, including women’s sports and Team LGBTQ Olympic & Paralympic athlete coverage
  • Doubled the freelancer contributor network

Outsports co-founder Cyd Zeigler put it simply: “At Q.Digital, we’re flourishing.” A media buyer added, “Clients are seeing the value of these audiences… it’s a huge business opportunity.”

Beyond Outsports, 2025 has been a banner year for Q.Digital, including an Emmy nomination, a GLAAD Media Award, and accolades from the NLGJA — all underscoring Q.Digital’s commitment to authentic LGBTQ storytelling, audience growth, and meaningful sponsorship opportunities.
